Springtime in Central TX

We're lucky we didn't have to go far to find some bluebonnets. This pretty patch of blue exists in our neighborhood. G and I stopped and snapped a few portraits on our way home from work and preschool last week. Spring is in the air and so far that means lots of rain - thank goodness, because TX needs it - and less allergies than when we lived in East Tennessee. I'm not saying we haven't suffered from allergies at all, but let's just say that the OTC meds are working just fine and we haven't had to call in any expensive RXs, which is pretty freaking awesome for my sinus cavity and my pocket book.







Also, within the last two weeks Gavin has made the switch to big boy underwear, or sans underwear. NO MORE DIAPERS. Wow, I though this would never come. He still wears a pull-up diaper overnight, but I am confident he'll be done with that soon as well. Way to go lil' Mann, we love you.
