Spring Break 2015

Now that it's April I guess I should publish last month's Spring Break post! Gavin, Sawyer, and I had a great week. I took care of our neighbor Christophet four days and two of those days I also had his big sister Lucy.

On the days we had Lucy, I took all four kids on field trips. The first trip was to our local Children's Museum, The Thinkery.

For our second field trip I drove all four kids to San Antonio. We visited the Witte Museum, Brackenridge Park, and rode the zoo train. We even got to eat brunch and visit with Papa Don, which is always a special treat.

On Friday it was just me and my two boys, no extra kids. Sawyer was not feeling too great so we stayed home instead of driving out to our other neighbors' ranch for the remainder of the break. Gavin seemed to be ok with this because it meant getting to eat lunch with his dad.

During the second and last weekend of the Break, my neighbor Melissa and I took all the kids to a new trampoline park close to our homes. That rounded out our rainy Spring Break of 2015.
