Gavin stayed home sick one day this week. Stomach virus. Gross. He is back to his usual high energy self now. I took advantage of him sitting still to snap a few photos of him. I really loved the light. We've had some gorgeous days. It was hard for him to be stuck inside, but he didn't have much energy for his regular play anyway. I may have gotten a little carried away with the portraits. At one point he said, "Seriously, Mom?"
While he was home we got a head start on some Valentine's prep. He
made his mail box for his classroom party and *almost* completed his
Spiderman Valentine's Day cards for his classmates.
Sawyer
joined in on the fun and made a couple of decorations. I have a few
other crafts in mind that we may get to this year. Sawyer and I might go
to a library Valentine's Day party which will require making something
to share.
