This week we have ice.

Thank goodness my job has so much flexibility! Often times I feel like I get the best of both working mom and SAHM worlds. Pretty cool.
Unfortunately, when Gavin and I are stuck at home due to weather conditions it also means we are stuck indoors. We both get cabin fever. I start making all these lists of things to to do or go see on our stay-home-fun-day, but we really can't do any of those things because we can't leave the house safely. Today we can't even play on our own property because EVERYTHING is covered with treacherous ice. Big bummer. So we've done a lot of running up and down our hallway, riding the giraffe around the house, watching the plane (fighter jet) videos and walking around aimlessly in general. Gavin finally managed to run some of his energy off and is down for a nap. I guess I can get caught up on some holiday baking and candy making.

Wowsa...be safe! BUT, that picture of the ice on the gate is pure perfection. Lovely, lovely Tiff! And Gavin is turning into a lil man...the baby is fading...**sad face**
sorry you are stuck inside, but it sounds like you made the day fun! i love Gavin's little slipper boots that he's wearing. too cute.
I saw your truck at wor the other day...it looked like it was there overnight with all the frost on it.
